BER -Building Energy Rating Certification:
All the houses in Forest Hill have been designed and built to meet the new regulation standards for energy performance.
The BER ratings vary from house to house. Depending on varying factors like size of houses, orientation, amount of exposure to external walls, amount of glazing, location of glazing etc, the BER ratings for the houses vary between B1 to B3.
Every house in Forest Hill is individually audited by a BER Assessor. BER certificates are issued for each house.
